Haynes alloy flanges are used as the most highly qualified grade, which is used for industrial purposes. There are two types of grade in Hayne alloy: Haynes grade 25 and grade 188.

Haynes alloy 25 ( Grade 25 ): is made with chromium, nickel, cobalt and tungsten. This mixture provides great flexibility to the alloy with excellent strength. Haynes alloy 25, also known as (UNS R30605), is enriched with great resistance to oxidizing environments up to 980°C. These flanges are easily fabricated and formed. It has great features with high heat temperature comportment capacity. These flanges are non-magnetic with high thermal conductivity. It provides excellent resistance from chemical reactions like corrosion, stress cracking and crevice corrosion. It also offers great protection from sulfidation. These flanges are commonly used in the petroleum industry, Power Plant Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, Aerospace Industry, Chemical Industry, etc.

The grade acquires great strength and resistance at the temperature of 2000°F. Haynes alloy 188 grade has similar properties to Haynes alloy 25 grade. These flanges are highly malleable. They are made with an extraordinary combination that includes elements like nickel, chromium, tungsten and cobalt. It has great resistance to humidity, oxidation, erosion and other chemical reactions.
